Most clients find the experience surprisingly relaxing. The inside-the-mouth part is a gentle, precise movement that targets hidden muscle tension. Any deeper work is always customized to your comfort level, and the overall sensation is soothing.

People notice sculpted cheekbones and jawline, less puffiness, improved skin clarity, better circulation, softer lines, and relief from jaw or TMJ discomfort. Some even report fewer headaches if they tend to clench or grind their teeth.

You might see some initial results after just one session, but the most noticeable changes happen over a series of visits. Many people start with six to eight weekly treatments, then switch to monthly sessions for ongoing results.

This treatment is ideal for anyone with jaw tension, puffiness, or those who want a natural lift without surgery. It is not recommended for people with active acne in the treatment area, and you should wait at least four weeks after getting Botox,  six weeks after getting filler and 12-weeks after getting threads done before booking a session.

  • Dress comfortably, wear your most relaxed and cozy attire.
  • Skip waxing, shaving, peels, or scrubs for at least 48 hours before your appointment to prevent sensitivity.
  • Stay out of direct sun for a few days before treatment or wear SPF 30 or higher to avoid irritation.
  • Drink plenty of water before your session. Hydrated skin and muscles respond better and support lymph drainage.
  • Cut back on caffeine and alcohol the day before to help reduce muscle tension and avoid fluid retention.
  • Let your therapist know about any sensitivities, medications, skin concerns, or if you have had recent fillers or Botox, so they can adjust the treatment safely.
