Lymphatic + Myofascial Massage

Release tension.
Reveal lift.

This service is a fluid fusion of two powerful techniques. Lymphatic drainage gently shifts stagnant fluid and clears puffiness, while myofascial massage dives deeper into connective tissue to release muscular holding patterns. The result? A decongested, sculpted, and deeply relaxed face with radiance that rises from within.

Frequently Asked Questions

You’ll receive an elegant balance of techniques: first, light, rhythmic strokes mobilize lymph fluid and reduce puffiness; then, targeted fascia work gently releases tension in connective tissue, improving muscle mobility, contour and circulation.

Myofascial release loosens tight connective tissue, which in turn unobstructs lymphatic pathways. This supports smoother fluid movement under the skin, reduces stagnation and helps bring oxygen and nutrients to the surface for a radiant complexion.

Many clients enjoy an immediate sense of clarity, reduced puffiness, and lifted contours. These effects often last several days, while cumulative treatments build deeper structural shifts and sustained glow over time.

This treatment is ideal for anyone needing facial de-puffing, tension relief, TMJ ease, or tone-enhancing sculpting. However, it should be avoided if you’re dealing with oral infections, fresh dental work or certain medical conditions. Always check with your therapist if unsure.

Unlike traditional facials focused on surface cleansing and hydration, this blend works deeper. Lymphatic strokes detoxify and smooth, while fascia release reshapes and relieves tension, offering internal structure rest as well as skin renewal.

Pre-care

Prepare for your session by following our pre-care tips, ensuring your spa experience is as soothing and revitalizing as possible.
  • Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for about a week before your treatment. Wear SPF 30 or higher if you are outdoors and try to stick to shade when possible.
  • Stop using strong products like retinoids, exfoliating acids, vitamin C or scrubs for a week before your session so your skin is calm and ready.
  • Arrive with clean skin that is free of makeup, lotion or perfume so we can start right away.
  • Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment. Well hydrated skin always heals more evenly and responds better to treatment.
  • Let us know if you are taking any medications that increase sun sensitivity or thin the blood. Some may need to be paused briefly.

Aftercare

Keep your skin glowing and fabulous with our insider aftercare tips, ensuring you maximize you treatment results.
  • Keep your skin hydrated with a soothing moisturizer or a water based serum for at least the next few days.
  • Hold off on strong products like acids, retinoids, vitamin C, benzoyl peroxide or scrubs for about a week unless we say otherwise.
  • Use SPF 30 or higher every day even if you are indoors or the weather is cloudy. Avoid direct sun exposure for several weeks to prevent melasma from returning.
  • Skip heat from hot showers, saunas, steam rooms or heavy workouts for the first day or two to avoid redness or irritation.
  • Expect some mild redness, slight peeling or even darkening of pigment as it begins to lift. This is normal and should fade as your skin renews.
  • Do not pick or scrub at any flaking or darkening spots. Let them fall away naturally to protect your results and avoid irritation.
