Anastasia's Beauty is seeking a skilled, passionate and dependable Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team!

Located in central Calgary, Anastasia's Beauty is an established beauty and wellness clinic offering therapeutic massage, advanced facial treatments and professional aesthetic services in a welcoming, relaxing environment.

Founded by Anastasia, an experienced Clinical Aesthetician, educator and creator of The Eléva Method, our clinic brings together therapeutic care, advanced treatment techniques and a commitment to continued professional development.

We're looking for an RMT who takes pride in providing exceptional client care, enjoys working independently and is interested in growing their skills within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

We offer flexible part-time hours, with scheduling arrangements tailored to accommodate both the therapist's availability and the clinic's needs.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage.
• Conduct thorough client consultations, assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure client safety, comfort and satisfaction throughout all treatments.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and professional treatment environment.
• Provide appropriate recommendations for at-home care and wellness.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Stay current with massage therapy techniques, industry best practices and continuing education.

• Completion of a recognized 2,200-hour massage therapy program.
• Active membership in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association.
• Valid professional liability insurance.
• Experience in therapeutic, deep tissue and sports massage techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and client assessment skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, professionalism and documentation.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a welcoming team environment.
• A genuine commitment to client wellness and continued professional development.

• Manual lymphatic drainage and myofascial release.
• Facial massage techniques, including buccal massage and Kobido.
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness clinic or multidisciplinary treatment environment.
• Knowledge of complementary wellness and aesthetic treatments.

• Competitive 60/40 commission split, with 60% going to the therapist.
